Return Policy

At Essential-Living, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Certain products such as personal care, hygiene, or intimate items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (Peach Payments, Yoco, or Payflex).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., due to damage or incorrect size), please email us at essentiallivingza@gmail.com with your order number.
