At Essential-Living, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Certain products such as personal care, hygiene, or intimate items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (Peach Payments, Yoco, or Payflex).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., due to damage or incorrect size), please email us at essentiallivingza@gmail.com with your order number.
