  • Orders are typically processed within 8 – 15 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery within South Africa generally takes:

  • Main centres: 2–5 business days

  • Outlying areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — details will be shown on our website or social media channels.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed or SMSed to you.
You can use it to track your parcel via our courier partner’s website.


5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at essentiallivingza@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
